1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of inspectfromabove.com and any services provided by Aerial Inspections, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.


2. Services Overview

Aerial Inspections, LLC provides drone-based aerial imagery and inspection services for residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure clients.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre- and post-construction documentation
  • Roof, gutter, and structural inspections
  • Thermal imaging and mapping
  • Insurance claim documentation
  • Retainer-based inspection scheduling
  • Group or neighborhood inspection programs

All services are performed in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and applicable state and local laws.


3. Scheduling and Payment

  • Payment: All inspection fees must be paid in full prior to service unless otherwise arranged by written agreement.
  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, business checks, or electronic transfers via secure payment processors.
  • Retainers: Prepaid retainers secure discounted rates and guaranteed scheduling priority. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward future inspections within 12 months.
  • Group Discounts: Grouped inspections (e.g., HOAs, neighborhoods, or business parks) qualify for reduced rates when booked collectively.

4. Deliverables

Following completion, clients receive a secure digital report that may include:

  • Aerial photos and videos
  • Thermal or sensor data (if applicable)
  • Annotated reports with findings and recommendations

Delivery timelines are typically 3–5 business days, unless weather delays or safety restrictions apply.


5. Safety and Access Requirements

To ensure compliance and safety:

  • Clients must provide clear access to the property and notify occupants or neighboring properties as needed.
  • Flights will not occur in restricted or unsafe airspace.
  • Weather, visibility, and environmental conditions may delay or reschedule flights at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or non-compliant environments.

6. Use of Imagery and Data

  • All imagery and inspection data remain the intellectual property of Aerial Inspections, LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.
  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for documentation, insurance, tax, or internal business purposes.
  • Public or commercial redistribution (e.g., marketing, resale, publication) requires written consent.

We reserve the right to use de-identified imagery for training, portfolio, or marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.


7. Tax and Insurance Benefits

Our services may qualify as deductible business operating expenses under IRS rules.
Clients are responsible for consulting their own tax professional regarding deductions, depreciation schedules, or casualty loss documentation.
We provide inspection documentation suitable for insurance and accounting use but do not provide tax or legal advice.


8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Weather or safety-related cancellations by us will be rescheduled at no charge.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

Prepaid retainers and group discounts are non-refundable but remain valid for future scheduling.


9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, Aerial Inspections, LLC:

  • Makes no warranty, express or implied, that inspection results guarantee structural safety or future performance.
  • Shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or interpretation of inspection data.
  • Limits total liability to the amount paid for the specific inspection service in question.

Clients are responsible for interpreting results with a licensed professional where applicable (e.g., roofing contractor, engineer, or CPA).


10. Compliance with FAA Regulations

All flights are conducted in compliance with 14 CFR Part 107 regulations.
We reserve the right to deny or postpone flights if weather, airspace restrictions, or safety conditions make operations unsafe or unlawful.


11. Confidentiality

All client data, imagery, and reports are treated as confidential and stored securely.
We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or authorized by the client in writing.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on inspectfromabove.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital reports, is the property of Aerial Inspections, LLC and protected under copyright law.
Unauthorized reproduction or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Stark County, Ohio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website and marked with an updated effective date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
