Referral Coordination & Group Discount Program
This Agreement establishes the terms under which Aerial Inspections, LLC (“Company”) authorizes an Affiliate to refer or coordinate inspections in exchange for a financial incentive.
This is not a sales role, agency relationship, or advisory arrangement.
1. PURPOSE OF AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP
The Affiliate program exists to:
- Coordinate interest in inspections
- Organize group inspections where applicable
- Enable efficiency-based discounts
- Refer clients ethically and accurately
Affiliates act as connectors, not representatives of the Company.
2. INDEPENDENT STATUS
Affiliate is an independent party.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- An employment relationship
- An agency relationship
- Authority to bind the Company
Affiliate has no authority to:
- Negotiate pricing
- Interpret inspection results
- Make promises on behalf of the Company
3. ELIGIBLE AFFILIATES
Affiliates commonly include:
- Tax professionals
- Insurance agents or brokers
- Property managers
- HOA or community leaders
- Business administrators
Affiliate represents that participation does not violate any professional or licensing obligations.
4. REFERRAL & COORDINATION RULES
4.1 What Affiliates May Do
Affiliates may:
- Explain the inspection process factually
- Share published Company materials
- Coordinate groups to qualify for discounts
- Refer clients to the Company
4.2 What Affiliates May Not Do
Affiliates may not:
- Interpret inspection findings
- Guarantee outcomes, savings, or coverage
- Speak on behalf of insurers or tax authorities
- Offer opinions outside published materials
If uncertain, Affiliate agrees to defer:
“The inspection documents visible conditions — interpretation comes from your advisor.”
5. GROUP DISCOUNTS
Group discounts:
- Are rule-based and automatic
- Apply only when defined thresholds are met
- Are not negotiable
Affiliate may explain how grouping works, but may not promise discounts.
6. COMPENSATION
6.1 When Compensation Is Earned
Affiliate compensation is earned only when an inspection is completed.
Compensation is not earned for:
- Leads that do not proceed
- Scheduled but canceled inspections
- Incomplete services
6.2 Structure
Compensation:
- Is percentage-based
- Is consistent across affiliates
- Is disclosed to customers where required
Affiliate compensation does not affect pricing or inspection results.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments are issued on a published schedule
- Affiliate is responsible for any applicable taxes
- No payment is owed until services are completed
The Company is not responsible for Affiliate expenses.
8. DISCLOSURE & COMPLIANCE
Affiliate agrees that:
- Referral relationships are disclosed when applicable
- All representations remain accurate and neutral
- Participation complies with professional ethics and regulations
Affiliate is solely responsible for compliance with licensing or fiduciary duties.
9. BRAND & MATERIAL USE
Affiliate may use:
- Approved Company materials
- Published explanations of services
Affiliate may not:
- Create custom claims
- Modify Company language
- Imply endorsement beyond referral
All materials must remain unchanged.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
The Company may terminate immediately for:
- Misrepresentation
- Pressure-based tactics
- Boundary violations
- Conduct that undermines trust
No future compensation is owed after termination for uncompleted work.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Affiliate acknowledges:
- The Company documents visible conditions only
- The Company provides no advice, guarantees, or outcomes
- Affiliate assumes responsibility for their own representations
Nothing in this Agreement transfers liability.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
Operational details, compensation structures, and internal processes are confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications.
